Supplies:

  • Glass jar

Ingredients:  

  • Distilled or boiled and cooled water
  • 6 Drops thieves
  • 2 Drops lemon
  • 2 Drops peppermint

Instructions:  

  • Mix in jar and shake well before each use.
  • May swish and swallow for added benefits.

Tips & Alternatives:

Try adding cinnamon or increasing lemon or peppermint to taste!

Pour some in spray bottle for on-the-go breath freshener!
