Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh frozen banana slices
*Slice before freezing - 1/8-1/4 cup coconut milk (depending on desired consistency)
- 2 TBS coconut oil
- 2 Drops Cinnamon Bark EO
- 1 Drop Clove EO
*Optional - add honey for additional sweetness
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in food processor.
Tips & Alternatives:
Top with nuts or coconut whip cream.
Serve over short bread cookies for “ice cream sandwich”
