  • Lemon EO
  • Lavender EO
  • Peppermint EO
  • Geranium EO


  • Fill just over half full with preferred carrier oil.  Grapeseed is nice & light.  Add equal drops of each EO.  Apply to wrists and/or behind ears OR to the Vitaflex point on feet.

Tips & Alternatives:

  • Sub Frankincense for Peppermint if under 2. 
  • Add Frankincense for additional respiratory support.
  • Alternate with Breathe Again or Raven EOs
  • Add 4-6 drops Copaiba EO for pressure additional relief.
