Supplies:

  • 4oz glass jar

Ingredients:  

  • Coconut oil
  • 15d Panaway EO
  • 5d Peppermint or Wintergreen EO
  • 5d Frankincense EO

Instructions:  

  • Melt coconut oil and slightly cool.  Add oils and mix (May also whip all ingredients together after chilling).

Tips & Alternatives:

Add 5d Copaiba EO if experiencing inflammation

5d Balsam Fir EO (muscle tightness)

Lemongrass EO (support ligaments/muscles)

Uses:

  • Reduce every day aches & pains

  • Maintain flexibility
