Supplies:

  • 8-16oz ball jars or pickle jars

Ingredients:

  • 1C-2C epsom bath salts
  • 1-2 tsp baking soda
  • 6 drops favorite EO_

Instructions:  

  • Combine all ingredients in jar and shake. 
  • Use 2-4oz per bath or 2 tbsp for foot soak

Calming:  Stress away, Lavender, or Peace and Calming
