Sports Drink
Supplies:
- 32 ounce Pitcher or Water Bottle
Ingredients:
- Spring or Filtered Water
- 1 TBS Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TBS local honey or organic Agave nectar
- 2 drops Orange or Spearmint Essential Oil
- Pinch of mineral salt (I like Redmons Real Salt)
Instructions:
- Mix in jar and shake well before each use.
- If incorporating local honey (for lower sugar content and allergy support) mix with 2 TBS hot water before adding to container
- Serve over ice
