  • 32 ounce Pitcher or Water Bottle


  • Spring or Filtered Water
  • 1 TBS Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 TBS local honey or organic Agave nectar
  • 2 drops Orange or Spearmint Essential Oil
  • Pinch of mineral salt (I like Redmons Real Salt)


  • Mix in jar and shake well before each use.
  • If incorporating local honey (for lower sugar content and allergy support) mix with 2 TBS hot water before adding to container
  • Serve over ice
