Well, it is finally warm outside...

Which means more sports, more gardening, more physical activity in general!

I am spritzing on my #peppermint cooling spray, drinking my nitro, and having some fun! What activities are you taking up?

Me? I got back in my kayak and am loving it!!! 

So for our final post in this series let’s talk special needs:

Recovery

Top ways to expedite recovery:

  • Pure/plain Epsom salt soak with Lavender, Blue Tansy, & Wintergreen EOs & Copaiba
  • Water with Aminoswise (for so many reasons)
  • Protein & healthy fat consumption
  • Copaiba rubbed on gums for over wellness and normal inflammation response.

Strains & Pains

  • deep relief
  • lemongrass for tendon and ligament support rubbed on with carrier oil
  • helichrysum for nerve strains
  • Salt soaks
  • Ice packs (rub oils on first and the cold will help the oils work longer locally)
  • Rest
  • Young Living's paint cream or Cools Azul gel are the easiest to throw in your bag. (Think BioFreeze on steroids)

Heat

  • Cooling spray (search here or order our book) on back of neck and face
