My two week Gluten Free trial meal plan

PLAN for SUCCESS:

  • Switch your pantry over for minimum 2 weeks for results.
  • Ideally stick to it for 8 weeks. The inflammatory process takes 8 weeks to really resolve, so your best results and healing will be noticeable then.

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL TRIAL:

  • Have a back up plan for long days such as shakes, frozen GF meals like Amys, or pre- cooked/prepared meals.
  • Keep vegetables cut up and hummus and charcuterie readily available.
  • Fill up on good fats such as Avocado, natural nut butters, and coconut oils.
  • Drink 1 ounce per kg of body weight of water every day.
  • Consume Copaiba daily for its betacaraphylene content and anti-inflammatory effects.
  • Utilize Digize or a combination of ginger & tarragon & peppermint on your belly or in a capsule daily.

A typical day looks like this:

Breakfast:

  1. Slique Shake
  2. Egg dish: I like Scrambled eggs with sautéed spinach and sauerkraut. Boiled eggs with avocado or egg muffins are good too.

Lunch:

  1. Salad with lots of veggies and oil and vinegar or Bragg’s vinaigrette’s
  2. Shake

Dinner:

Protein + vegetable + organic rice or sweet potato. Stirfry is great.
