 TO SLEEP WELL: Stretch, Breathe, Give Thanks

 We rest 1/3 of our day. Why? So our tissues and organs can repair & regenerate. Breathing gives us life, reducing stress, allowing rest, and changing our mindset. Stretching and breathing improves alignment and circulation allowing for your body to detoxify and heal throughout the night.

 Any chance you have a lot on your mind too?



 Habit of the Week: Gratitude practice

 Just before bed take a few deep breaths, and then try speaking or writing 5 things you are thankful for in that very moment.

 The more specific and present you are, the more effective the results. You will be surprised at how your mind shifts and your body relaxes, allowing you to drift off to sleep. Implementing this in the morning will also change how you respond to challenges and opportunities throughout the day as well as increase energy.
